RacingLine Performance Intercooler System – MQB Evo EA888 Gen4

RacingLine’s MQB Evo intercooler is engineered for the EA888 Gen4 2.0 TSI platform, delivering a substantial increase in cooling capacity while targeting the ideal balance between intake-air-temperature reduction and low pressure loss.

The increased 70mm connections allow greater airflow than the factory 60mm outlets. The supplied reinforced hoses feature internal wiring and moulded steps to promote smooth, laminar airflow and resist heat deformation and burst pressure.

RacingLine developed the system around the ‘sweet spot’ between maximum IAT cooling and minimum pressure loss, allowing increased intercooler size without an unwanted increase in turbo lag.
